Each time you chat with Bitrig to build or modify your app, credits are consumed based on the complexity of the task.
If Bitrig encounters an error interfacing with an AI provider you will not be charged for that request. Similarly, if Bitrig encounters a framework or request it cannot support, it will let you know and you won't be charged for that interaction. If you're a subscriber and a message doesn't produce the result you expected, you can request a refund by tapping the thumbs down and letting us know what went wrong. Your feedback helps improve Bitrig for everyone.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional credits. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
For Plus subscribers, unused credits roll over for one month. This means if you don't use all your credits this month, they'll be available next month (as long as you maintain an active subscription). Credits expire after one month of rollover. For free users, credits do not roll over.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings or Stripe subscription page. You'll retain access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period.
If you were a Bitrig subscriber during our launch, you'll keep your current price. If you decide to upgrade to a higher plan you'll get 40 additional credits for as long as you remain a subscriber.
